It's also conveniently located within a mile of prominent landmarks such as Amelie Arena, Tampa General Hospital ( 1 mile or 10 min walk), the University of Tampa, the Convention Center, Water Street/ Channel Side, Ybor City and Downtown Tampa.
This townhome boasts a spacious and well-designed layout that offers plenty of room to move around and relax. The space is immaculately clean and peaceful, providing a serene atmosphere for you to unwind. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped gym located on the premises, as well as the sauna and red light bed.
It's important to note that this is a shared living space, occupied by other guests.
The room also includes a 50" TV, a small working desk, and two large walk-in closets.
All areas of the space, except for the other bedrooms and garage, will be accessible to our guests. Guests have access to gym, redlight therapy and sauna.
